D. Zachary “Zach” Grabill

Zach’s practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate matters including the purchase and sale of developed and undeveloped real estate, the negotiation of related real estate financings including tenant-in-common (TICs) transactions, conduit lending construction and development loans, refinancing and loan workout, commercial leasing projects including office and retail properties on behalf of both landlords and tenants, and planned development related work on behalf of local and national property developers.

Zach has represented Fortune 100 telecommunication carriers in regulatory matters before the Virginia State Corporation Commission and other states, represented one of the nation’s largest waste management companies in regulatory compliance and radio frequency permitting matters before the Federal Communications Commission, assisted clients in contract negotiations and disputes, and assisted clients with regulatory matters arising in context of large-scale corporate mergers.
